Job description

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Optimization and further development of production processes

  • Analysis of manufacturing processes and implementation of efficient solutions

  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for process improvement

  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production goals

  • Development and implementation of new manufacturing methods

  • Conducting process analyses and identifying weaknesses

  • Documentation and reporting of process improvements

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar

  • Experience in process optimization and Lean methods

  • Analytical and structured way of working

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with Six Sigma or similar methods

  • Knowledge of process automation and digitalization

  • Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g. CAD, ERP)
