Embedded Systems Engineer Hardware

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer Hardware

Your Responsibilities

• Development of hardware for embedded systems, particularly design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCB) for control and RF systems

• Selection and integration of hardware components for embedded systems

• Verification and testing of developed hardware including conducting interface tests and function tests

• Development of small test programs to check hardware functionality (e.g., signal processing, communication between components)

• Collaboration with customers to define technical requirements and their implementation

• Documentation of development processes and test results

• Close collaboration with software and system developers for integrating embedded hardware

Your Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field with a focus on embedded hardware development

• Experience in the development and design of printed circuit boards for embedded systems

• Solid knowledge in selecting electronic components and integrating them into embedded hardware

• Experience in verifying and testing embedded hardware, including interface and function tests

• Basic skills in writing test programs to check hardware components (C, C++, Python advantageous)

• Knowledge in FPGA / VHDL is a plus

• Structured and analytical way of working

• Creative, customer-oriented, and independent team player with quick comprehension

• Very good German and English skills
