Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of systems with international clients

• Analysis and evaluation of existing production processes

• Identification of bottlenecks and weaknesses in production

• Development of process optimization solutions

• Collaboration with relevant departments to implement quality improvement measures

• Working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification

• Strong skills in mechanical construction (SolidWorks, Inventor, Edge, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of production planning, process optimization, design, and quality management

• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems

• Comfortable working in teams and good communication skills

• Experience in training or conducting workshops for knowledge transfer

• Proficiency in written and spoken French and English; German is a plus
