To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Chief Competence Center (CCC) Knowledge Management

Your Responsibilities

• The CCC role is in cooperation with the HR management

• Operation of the Competence Center

• Technical leadership of the team (currently 6 members)

• Further development of the offering and our Skill Portal software

• Definition of use cases

• Project management

• Systems Engineering

• Integration projects with customers

• Skill matrix creation and maintenance

• Member of the Knowledge Board

• Sales support

• Presentations to customers

• Marketing contributions

• Optimizations in the entire knowledge organization

• Project management of development and engineering projects

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical/business studies

• Several years of experience in project management of development or engineering projects

• Experience in leadership and coaching advantageous

• Experience in talent management advantageous

• Passion for implementing a culture of improvement

• Very good German and very good English skills
