For our location in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Partner / Site Manager to lead and further develop the experienced team of the Central branch successfully.

Your Responsibilities

• Expansion and further development of a successful regional unit with the service offering of cross-ING AG

• After three successful years at the latest, you will receive 80 percent of the company and lead your regional engineering office in the cross-ING partner system

Optional services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters, allowing you to focus entirely on your (potential) customers as well as on the development and management of your cross-INGineers

Your Qualifications

• Min. Engineering BSc

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Determination for success

• High communication skills

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
