For our location in Mittelland (Sursee and surrounding area within 40 km), we are looking for a Partner / Site Manager to build a strong team and successfully develop the location.

Your Responsibilities

• Expansion / further development of a successful regional unit with the service offering of cross-ING AG

• After at most three successful years, you will receive up to 80 percent of the company and lead your regional engineering office in the cross-ING partner system

• Services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters. This allows you to fully focus on your customers as well as on the development and management of your team.

• Co-development and implementation of strategies

• Establishment and operation of a Competence Center

Your Qualifications

• Min. Engineer BSc

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Determination for success

• High communication skills

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
